Continuing to serve our deaf patients
Brocklebank Group Practice are delighted to have taken part in this pilot which has shown promising results. For four months we have been collecting feedback from Deaf patients for the practice. Through QR codes Deaf people can leave feedback about their patient journey and even their interpreters. This pilot has restored privacy and empowered Deaf patients to speak their mind and speak up. We believe access before during and after appointments is important and look forward to continuing to serve our Deaf patients.
