New Patient Registration

Register with the practice as a new patient

How to Register

Check you live within the boundary area

To access our registration process, first check you are in our catchment area. If you have any questions about your eligibilty join this surgery please contact us.

Temporary Services

To register as a temporary patient, please contact the practice.  We do not have to accept all temporary patients and we may decide to offer emergency treatment instead.  We cannot register you as a temporary patient if you live in the area and are already registered at another practice.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months if you are staying with someone who is already registered at our practice. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with the practice.

Your Named GP

From 1st April 2015, the practice is required to provide all patients (including children), a named, accountable GP. For new patients, the named GP will be allocated within 21 days of registration.

Your named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the practice provides to you but you are able to continue to see any GP of your choice. Please contact us via reception, phone or via our secure online form using the title Named GP if you wish to know the name of your allocated GP.
