As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in General Practice, I specialise in optimising medication therapy to improve patient health outcomes. I lead a team of five clinical pharmacists within our Primary Care Network (PCN), supporting prescribing practices and medicines quality performance. I work closely with patients and the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and personalised medication management.  

I have a specialist interest in cardio-renal metabolic medicine, particularly in Diabetes and Heart Failure conditions, although my role extends to enhancing patient care through evidence-based practices, managing long-term conditions, and addressing minor illness presentations.

We collaborate with local neighbourhood teams, including community pharmacists, district nurses, and supporting organisations, to improve care for our population. Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance running, weight training, and swimming.
