Lena Jeetun
Lena graduated in 2013 with a master’s in psychology. Since 2021, she has worked for the South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, initially as part of a Home Treatment Team supporting patients experiencing mental health crises. Lena now works in Primary Care Plus, where she provides support to SMI patients across 4 different surgeries in the Wandsworth borough.
On going holistic support is offered such as psychoeducation, physical health monitoring, and connecting patients to relevant services and organisations. By empowering her patients to work towards their personalised goals, Lena aims to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works with.
