Launched on Monday, Brocklebank has a total triage system in place now, so that all appointment requests are looked at by a clinician first.
This means our patients will get the right appointment with the right clinician, in the right timeframe.
The best and fastest way to request an appointment is by using eConsult, our online consultation system. For patients who cannot go online, our receptionists will help you.
If you phone or come into the practice the receptionist will take your information and input it onto the eConsult system for you.
