The management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

For many people, Reception is the first point of contact with the surgery. Our staff are trained in all aspects of reception and are there to try and guide patients smoothly through the practice. All staff have signed confidentiality agreements to protect all patient information and while all patients have a right to privacy and dignity, providing staff with information about the nature of your need will help them to guide you to the right place. If staff are not able to provide you with what you are asking for, they will be able to suggest other options.
